  3. Yo he hecho panecillos redondos, pero se puede hacer un pan grande. Así que he formado las bolas, le he puesto las pipas de calabaza y lo he dejado fermentar 1h30m. Tapados con un trapo y dentro del horno.
  4. Una vez hayan duplicado su volumen, precalentamos el horno a 200 C°. Haces 4 hendiduras con ayuda de un cuchillo o una cuchilla.
  5. Metemos el pan horno durante 10 o 15 a 200°C
  6. Si fuera un pan grande sería 30 minutos a 200°C Os ánimo hacerlo, vale la pena!!!
