  3. Machacamos los plátanos y si es calabaza la rallamos o trituramos
  4. Echamos el trigo sarraceno, la harina de algarroba, el azúcar, aceite de oliva, la canela, la levadura y mezclamos, hasta obtener una masa
  5. Echamos lo frutos secos y mezclamos de nuevo
  6. Echamos en los moldes
  7. Horneamos durante 30´ aprox. a 180ºC
