- Cuando ya esté sofrita la cebolla, añadimos las alubias, el chorrito de salsa de soja, unas cuantas hojas de albahaca fresca, el perejil y la pimienta negra y salteamos todos juntos durante al menos 5 minutos.
- Cuando ya están ambas cosas corregimos de sal y podemos servir. Yo he puesto las alubias en el centro y al rededor la verdura al vapor. Añade un chorrito de aceite crudo antes de servir y ya estará listo!!
