- Cogemos una ollita añadimos el azúcar, mucha gente le hecha agua al azúcar yo no a mi no me gusta. precalienta el horno 350 grados
- Después que hagas el caramelo lo añadimos al molde como lo ven aquí, remueva el caramelo alrededor del molde para que se le pegue alrededor, y dejamos el molde afuera no lo metan en la nevera.
- Después en un bowl añadimos los demás ingredientes y batimos en la licuadora
- Después de mezclado añadimos al molde. A mi me gusta tapar el molde con aluminio y lo pongo en el otro molde grande y lo lleno con agua caliente hasta la mitad de el molde en el que está el flan y lo dejo por 1 hora a hora y 10 minutos o si inserta un palillito y sale limpio ya está
- Y así queda después de 1 hora o hora y 10 minutos todo depende a su horno
