Una vez cocida raspamos suavemente la salchicha para retirar el exceso de grasa, cortamos en trocitos más chicos y reservamos. Fíjense la cantidad de grasa que queda en el agua... es grasa que de otro modo estaría en la salsa! 😉



- Picamos las verduras y ponemos a cociar en una olla con apenas fritolin y una pizca de sal Marina. Cuando están cocidas agregamos las salchichas, removemos 5' y sumamos el tomate y los condimentos. Yo usé sal Marina, 1 cda de azúcar (por la acidez del tomate), orégano y un saborizante bajo en sodio. Cocinamos por 45' tapado a fuego bajo y controlando cada tanto.
