  2. Una vez hervido el zapallo, sacamos el zapallo dejamos el caldito a un costado por un momento, y pasamos a procesar nuestro zapallo y las dos papas (lo podemos procesar en la procesadora, o como en mi caso licuadora)
  3. Así tiene que quedar

Vamos poniendo el zapallo y papa en la licuadora con un poquito del caldo, agarramos el queso crema 😋 y le agregamos dos cucharadas sin miedo grandes, lo licuamos nuevamente, agarramos nuestra nuez moscada y con un rallador rallamos la nuez le agregamos, se acuerdan de los dos ajos que mencione que pusiéramos hervir junto al zapallo, bueno también se lo agregamos nuevamente agregamos un poquito de nuestro caldito y licuamos todo
  5. Una vez licuado lo anteriormente mencionado, le agregamos la crema de leche al caldito restante que nos quedó en la olla con las verduritas, (no pongan toda la crema de leche la mitad) lo ponemos al fuego por 2 minutos
  6. Servimos en un platito y/o tazón para sopas el zapallo procesado /licuado y le agregamos el caldito de crema y le agregamos a cada plato la crema de leche restante y si son como yo que les gusta la comida bien rica, le agregamos trozos de queso fresco y decoramos con algunas ojitas de perejil para que quede por unos segundos un plato regio para las fotos 🤭 y así es como obtenemos una super sopita de zapallo a la crema 😍😋😋😋 MARAVILLOSO ❤️
