  3. En esta ocasión no usé condimentos ni sal porque usé un queso sardo que de por sí es salado, pero si ustedes gustan pueden agregarle los condimentos que quieran. Con curry y pimentón quedaría muy rico.
  4. Yo ya tenía las lentejas previamente cocidas así que una vez que las verduras estuvieron cocidas les agregué las lentejas, esperé que se calienten un poquito y apagué el fuego.
    Serví un poco en una cazuela, coloqué cubitos de queso por salut, serví un poco más y por encima agregué queso sardo rallado. Quedó exquisito!!
