  2. Para ello, usamos los dos gobelinos, 1/4Kg de harina y 10 g de sal......quizás tambien unas gotas o chorrito de agua.
  3. Amasamos a mano, o a máquina como yo hice.
  4. De no haber máquina de amasar se puede hacer esto a mano y reemplazar a los penne rigata por tallarines.....y se los hace a manopla y listo.
  5. Ya hechos se los deja secarse un tantito.
  6. Ahora preparamos los ingredientes restantes.
  7. Seguimos cortando a dados y bastones la calabaza luego de cortarle la cáscara, troceamos el ajo y hacemos otra fotografía.
  8. Ya con aceite en el fondo del sartén y esté caliente, zampamos los bastones o dados de calabaza y las rodajas de ajo a freír unos cinco minutos y salamos.
  9. En el minuto 5:01 rovolvemos por segunda vez, aúnque ahora para la dercha, y zampamos ahora el salmón y a este le damos un toquecito de sal y bastante pimienta negra......Le damos otros minutos 3-4, sin revolver y tapado el sartén.
  10. Ya pasados los 3-4min. nos preparamos para agregarle la leche.
  11. Ya con la leche y sin revolver queda así hasta que hierva esta en unos min.
  12. Cuando rompe en hervor.....Apagamos la hornalla y agregamos el roquefort sin revolver y ya estaría listo....
  13. Ahora solo resta cocinar los fideos, y servirlos luego de colarlos con esta salsa en platos hondos y comerlos acompañados con un tintillo.
